About readings
What is an evidential mediumship reading?
In an evidential reading, I first bring through details about your loved one in spirit that you can recognise: their character, their personality, scenes from their life, and sometimes names, hobbies or small personal details. This evidence shows who is with us. Then I share the message they want you to hear.
What comes through in a reading?
Every soul communicates differently, but this is what you can expect:

• Their character and personality.

• Their physical appearance.

• Scenes and memories from their life.

• The relationship you shared.

• Hobbies, likes and dislikes, and small details only you would recognise.

• Sometimes: names, dates, locations.

Can I ask for a specific person?
Yes. I'll always invite the person you're hoping to hear from. Spirit brings through whoever serves you best right now, which is usually the person you're hoping for, and sometimes someone you didn't expect.
What if no one comes through?
It's rare, but if no one comes through, you'll receive a free new session or a full refund. The choice is yours.
Why shouldn't I tell you anything beforehand?
So the evidence comes from spirit, not from you. The less I know, the more meaningful the details are when you recognise them. During the reading, simply answer "yes", "no" or "I don't know" when I share something.
How long does a reading last?
It depends on how much spirit wishes to share. Some souls share a lot, others give a short, powerful message. First Light lasts up to 20 minutes and the Deep Dive up to 45 minutes. Any remaining time is yours for questions. You never pay for minutes, only for the connection.
What's the difference between a mediumship reading and a psychic reading?
A mediumship reading connects you with loved ones in spirit. A psychic reading focuses on you: your energy, your current situation and your path, with guidance on questions about love, work and direction.
Which reading should I choose?

• New to mediumship? Start with First Light.

• Want a full connection with a loved one? Choose the Deep Dive.

• Need guidance about your life? Choose a Psychic Reading, or a Clarity Session if you have several questions.

• Want to develop your own abilities? Choose Spiritual Mentorship.

Do you predict the future?
A reading offers guidance, not fixed predictions. You always have free will, and the choices are yours to make.
Do you give medical, legal or financial advice?
No. Readings offer spiritual guidance and comfort, but they don't replace professional advice, therapy or counselling.

Booking and sessions
How do sessions take place?
All sessions are held online on Google Meet. You'll receive a link by email after booking. You don't need an account; just open the link at the time of your session.
How should I prepare?
Take time for yourself. Relax and find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Sit comfortably with your arms and legs uncrossed, and come with an open heart. For Psychic readings, Deep Dive readings and Clarity Sessions, write down your questions beforehand. 
Which time zone are your sessions in?
I'm based in Slovenia (Central European Time). The booking calendar automatically shows available times in your local time zone.
In which language are readings?
English, Croatian and Slovenian.
Can I record my session?
Recording is available as an add-on.
Can I upgrade from First Light to a Deep Dive?
Yes. If you book a Deep Dive after your First Light reading, your €30 will be credited.

 

Packages
How do packages work?
You buy the package once and book your first session right away. Your remaining sessions are waiting in your personal profile, where you can choose the date and time whenever you're ready, within the package's validity period.
What happens if I don't use all my sessions in time?
Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period. If something unexpected happens, email me and we'll find a solution.

 

Payments, changes and cancellations
How do I pay?
You pay securely online when you book, by card or PayPal.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, up to 48 hours before your session, free of charge, through the link in your confirmation email, your profile or just send me an email. For changes made less than 48 hours before, or if you miss your session, the session can't be refunded.
What if I have technical problems during the session?
If the connection drops, I'll call you back on the same link. If we can't continue, we'll reschedule at no cost.

 

Gifts
Can I give a reading as a gift?
Yes. Gift cards are available for any reading or package, delivered by email for you to print or forward. A meaningful gift for a birthday, Christmas, or someone who misses a loved one.
